1- Put Memories Biscuit, cream, and anise in a deep plate. Stir them by your fingers to get soft dough.
2- Using the rolling-pin, extend the dough between two pieces of parchment papers, so that its thickness becomes 1/2 inch.
3- Cut the biscuits into finger-like shapes using a knife.
4- Heat the oven till it is 180°C, put the biscuits in short-edged trays, and then bake them until they turn to golden color. Let them cool down completely.
I like this type of biscuits very much, especially when the aroma of anise is emitted in your kitchen, so all of them will hasten to ask you about what you are making for them.
