1Put the plastic wrap in the cake pan.

2Mix the ice cream and the cream together.

3Crush the Memories biscuits into small pieces, then add the ice cream mixture with cream.

4Pour it into the mold and leave it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

5Upon serving, flip the cake mold and melt the chocolate with two tablespoons of cream or more (to taste) and cover the cake with it.

6Decorate as desired.
