11. Biscuit mixture: Use 9 inch loose base pan cake.
22. Grind Memories Biscuits, add the butter and cardamom and stir well until mixed. Put the mixture into the pan and make sure that it covers the bottom and sides of the pan.
33. Cheese mixture: Melt the jelly and sugar in the hot water, let cool at room temperature. Put in the blender, add cheese and cream. Mix in blender until the mixture becomes smooth and top biscuits with mixture.
44. Keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours and garnish with strawberries.
