1Put half of Memories Biscuits quantity in a wide tray with the side bearing the word "Memories" facing the bottom.
2Sugar sauce: Put egg whites in the mixer bowl, attach balloon whisk then mix for some seconds until smooth and combined. Add sugar gradually while mixing at a low speed until you get a thick and viscous mixture then add vanilla, almonds or cardamom.
3Put sugar sauce in small plates, add coloring agent – as desired – top biscuit with some sauce and put another piece of biscuit on the sauce.
4Put some sauce in a small paper funnel, top biscuit with sauce, use candy for garnish, let dry fully and serve.
- Keep the mixer bowl and the balloon whisk clean to prepare sugar sauce.
- Use sauce immediately after prepared and keep covered while using to avoid its drying.
- Ask your little girl to help you in garnishing Memories Biscuits.
