Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180°C, bring a tray with a short edge.

2Put the Memories tea biscuit, cream and cinnamon in a dish and stir with your fingertips to get a smooth dough. Put the dough between two pieces of butter paper and then spread it. Cut the dough into small biscuits using a decorated cutter. Put them in the trays.

3Bake the biscuits until golden, then leave them to cool.

Filling:

1In a deep dish put the Memories tea biscuits, sugar, cardamom and gradually add the tahini until you get a paste.

2Roll the paste into balls, put them on top of the baked biscuit, then sprinkle the sesame seeds over it and serve.
