Directions
1Gather appropriate serving cups.
2To prepare red jelly mixture: Stir jelly in hot water until smooth, add cold water and fill half of cups with jelly. Keep jelly cups in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until gelled.
3To prepare green jelly mixture: Stir jelly in hot water till smooth, dip some Memories Biscuits in jelly to soak up a little, put them on top of red jelly in cups, press to lightly break biscuits and top biscuits with abundance of fruit.
4Beat cream and sugar with balloon whisk and distribute mixture to cups. Garnish with cherries and Memories Biscuits, keep cups in refrigerator for one hour and serve.
Tips
Avoid dipping all biscuit at once, but dip some in jelly so that biscuits will soak up easily.
You may use one kind or different kinds of fruit as desired.
You may use jelly with different colors as desired.
