Directions
1Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180°C and prepare cupcake molds.
2In a dish, mix the Memories tea biscuit, cream, and cardamom together, and then stir the ingredients with your fingertips to get a smooth dough. Take a piece of dough and put it in the mold, press to cover the bottom and sides to take a cup shape.
3Bake the tart dough until it is lightly golden, then leave it to cool.
Ganache:
1In a small saucepan, put the cream and heat it over a low heat until it heats up well, then add the chocolate and the hazelnut fragrance. Keep stirring until the chocolate melts.
2Pour the hot ganache into the tart, then place hazelnuts on top of the ganache, and place the tart in the fridge until it cools completely.
Tips:
- Hazelnut fragrance or flavor is available next to cake and sweets supplies, and it is in small bottles such as liquid vanilla, you can omit it if it is not available.
- You can make the recipe using small tart pans.
