1- Put Memories Biscuit, cream, and cinnamon in a deep plate. Stir them by your fingers to get soft dough.
2- Using the rolling-pin, extend the dough between two pieces of parchment papers, so that its thickness becomes 1/4 inch.
3- Cut the biscuits using a decorative biscuit cutter, and then put them in short-edged trays.
4- Heat the oven till it is 180°C, and then bake the biscuits till they turn into golden color. Let it cool down completely.
5- Spread chocolate over half the pieces of biscuits, put pieces of biscuits over the chocolate, and disperse sugar. Now it is ready for service.
