Directions

1- In the mixer's vessel put cheese, cream, Egg, vanilla, and sugar, fix the whisk then turn the mixer on until the mixture becomes creamy and fragile.

2- Bring a pan and put a layer of memories cookies with dates at the bottom then spread a layer of cream over it , repeat this step and make sure that the top layer is cookies with dates.

3- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, put the pan in the oven until it solidifies and turns to a golden color, let it to cool, and then put it in the refrigerator to cool down completely. Now it is ready to be served.
