11. Bring a large-size cupcake mold. Invert it. Put a piece of Memories caramel waffles over the mold's base.
22. Heat the oven till it is 180°C, put the molds in it for 3 minutes. Press the waffle pieces gently to take the shapes of cups. Let them cool down completely. (The cooking time may vary; return the waffle to the oven if hard to shape).
33. Spread the kiwifruit, strawberry, and pineapples, and then spread the cream. Now it is ready for service.
Use inverse cupcake molds or thick teacups that can be entered into the oven. Make the waffle in a small plate-like or cup-like shape and fill it each day with various fruits.
